A TRUCK has reportedly smashed into crowds, injuring people in Sweden’s capital, local police have reported.
An unknown number of people have been injured in the incident in Stockholm, with witnesses saying it had been driven into a department store in the city centre.
At this rate we’ll need a Muslim ban on Sweden soon.

A truck has crashed into a crowd of people in Stockholm, Sweden.
Swedish police said several people were injured after the truck was driven into people on the street in central Stockholm.
It is unclear whether the incident is terror-related.

A lorry has crashed into a crowd of people in central Stockholm injuring several people, Swedish police have said.
The incident occurred at Ahlens Mall in Drottninggatan, a shopping area of the city, which has been cordoned off.
A witness told Swedish daily paper Aftonbladet: “I went to the main street when a big truck came out of nowhere. I could not see if anyone was driving it but it got out of control. I saw at least two being run over. I ran as fast as I could from there.”
Another witness told the paper they saw hundreds of people “running for their lives” outside the shopping centre.
“A vehicle has injured people on Drottningatan,” police spokeswoman Towe Hagg told Reuters.
“All part & parcel of living in a big city.”

15:20: ”At 14:53 we got the call via SOS alarm that some people have injured other people on Drottninggatan near Klarabergsgatan. Now we’re at the scene to deal with it,” a police spokesperson has told The Local.
Police said they currently do not know how many people are injured and are working with emergency services to find out.
“I have no idea where the vehicle is now, this is the information available to me.”
Police would not comment on whether the incident could be terror related, nor what has happened to the vehicle, and stated they are still assessing what has happened.
“I don’t know where the vehicle is at the moment, but we will update that information on our website.”
