An audiotape leaked to the Washington Examiner has just provided us with an interesting peek behind the curtain at the internal debate being conducted among Democratic Senators in states that Trump won in 2016.
And it has everything to do with the nomination of Neil Gorsuch.
As the audio reveals, Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill told her colleagues at a private fundraiser that blocking Gorsuch could have disastrous results for liberals.

In the tape she speculates on what happens if the Dems vote against Gorsuch and then "Ruth Bader Ginsburg Dies" and other such calamities befall the court. What she misses is that Trump won't nominate another Ginsburg no matter what.

Please explain. I don’t think the Republicans will be able to gather the votes to nuke the filibuster. I also think that is why Democrats are lining up behind it, they know the Republicans will back down. Lets face it, McCain, Graham, Flake, Heller, Collins, that idiot from Alaska, and I could go on, are all seriously questionable and any of them could break with the Dems.

They are no different in that respect than the German Nazis or the Russian Leninist revolutionaries.
The party comes fist - before GOD, country or self respect.
That’s right, and you know the GOP will cave to sabotage President Trump. The whole health-care bill debacle was a set up by Ryan and the GOPe to humiliate and weaken him. The best course of action for the President is to wrap Obamacare around the Democraps’ heads and demand a clean bill of repeal, or repeal coupled with free-market replacement bill.
