hree teens are dead after an alleged home invasion attempt reportedly ended in a shooting Monday.
It happened near 91st and 241st East Avenue in the Wagoner County part of Broken Arrow.
According to officials with the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office, three masked people broke into the house through the back door with the intent of burglarizing the home.
Officials say the homeowner's young adult son killed all three with an AR-15.
Though they initially believed the son was 19, they now say he was 23-year-old Zach Peters.
The homeowner was also home, but officials say he was not involved. Wagoner County officials later identified the teens as Max Cook, 19, Jake Woodruff, 16, and Jacob Redfearn, 17. They say one suspect had a knife and another had brass knuckles.

Typical white privilege! /sarcasm off
I also see that he is a pretty good shot with a rifle. Thank you Zach Peters for saving the Oklahoma taxpayers the cost of incarcerating these 3 cockroaches. Not to mention, Zach may have saved many lives that these three might have taken in the future. I have no sympathy for thieves and those who violate other people’s homes. Too bad the fat, inbred whore that led the group will most likely escape the death penalty.
Doesn’t seem like the type to be involved with this chubby little Ma Barker or to be a drug dealer she wanted to rob.
The witness affidavit says she instructed the boys on “items” to take and that she knew the home and it’s owner.
I just don’t think the young man is who she knew, it was one of the parents. I wonder if she ever worked as a house cleaner there?
Agree to all.
A coworker had control of the TV this morning and the HLN anchor and reporter were beside themselves...confused at why the driver was being charged. They thought the shooter should be.
That one of the many reasons I don’t watch the news.
You’d have to be mentally ill to think like that.
Anyone breaking into a home, NEVER has any good intentions. You have to assume that they’re there to kill you if given the opportunity. Those three had weapons on them, they weren’t there for a party.
There is the possibility of an undisclosed person surveilling potential targets. Selling the takings through Facebook doesn’t argue for a criminal mastermind though. Any odds on hitting the wrong home?
The witness affidavit said the driver knew the house and the homeowner by first and last name and they had cased it twice before the fatal break in.
So unlikely to be a wrong house, but an undisclosed accomplice is possible.
Not here
Yep. Three whites :)
Can only imagine what she looks like naked. No, I wont try to envision that.

I have remarked to friends that I could never be a doctor because can you imagine having to get up close and personal with the likes of her for an “intimate” examination? Yuck!
I remember reading of shooting burglars in NE Oklahoma going back 47 years.
The earliest was on old Hy 33 where an old man owned a bait shop and gas station. He always closed up at noon for lunch.
One day some teens from a local school decided to break in while he was gone, he returned early and found them there and he went in guns blazing and one was DOA when the Law did arrive.
Then there was later two home invasions farther east, both did not turnout well for the invaders.
Wow, especially that last. Have you been calling your county commissioner/city council people?
A pure bred winner of the world’s largest dog show will mate with a mongrel.
Don’t you wish there was a real Charles Bronson out there.
