So evidently, the Obama administration let the Dad skate after the son was stopped by ICE last year and allowed to fly to Maryland to be with him (even though ICE knew the dad was illegal - as revealed this morning on a radio program).

Why did ICE let the father skate last year? Why did ICE let the son travel from the border to Maryland? Answer: the Obama administration.

• The "father" abandoned his family in Guatemala when the son was 4 years old and came to the US illegally
• The "father" is fairly well-to-do. He could have paid to have his son brought to the US from Guatemala (question: if his son was escaping gang violence, why did his "father" let his son make the dangerous trek all the way from Guatemala through Mexico to the US border - especially if he had money?)
• The "father" paid for his son's first-class ticket from Texas to BWI airport (Maryland).

My sense is that the Sanctuary movement has taken on the aura of Harriet Tubman and the underground railroad. Sanctuary is moral. Obeying American law is immoral.

Where are the pictures? Funny how when a white person is arrested, their picture is everywhere. But for Arabs, Muslims, Mexicans, Salvadorans, Negroes, etc., they let the story cool for a few days and release the pictures during a busy news cycle so as to hide them.
