Although Ivanka Trump lacks a formal White House job, the presidents older daughter is moving into her own West Wing office, an administration representative said a move that increases her profile as an influential, although unofficial, adviser to her father.
Ivanka Trump will not be on the government payroll or officially bound by its ethics rules, but she said in a statement to Politico that she will voluntarily follow those restrictions. She also acknowledged the unusual nature of her emerging role.
I will continue to offer my father my candid advice and counsel, as I have for my entire life, Ivanka Trump in the statement. While there is no modern precedent for an adult child of the president, I will voluntarily follow all of the ethics rules placed on government employees.

Ivanka does not need the kinds of security clearances they have said she’s getting just to “read” people. Also, imagine yourself as a top executive of a company with expertise in your area, and the CEO’s adult child is always hanging around but has zero expertise in that area. How would you react?

I wonder how long it will take to remove Aunt Zetuni’s and Mrs. Robinson’s stuff

The eldest daughter and son-in-law will turn the patriarch against those who favor limited government.
Gorelick, lol, what kind of person who shouts out "drain the swamp" allows that creature within 4000 s/q miles of DC, let alone not to try and prosecute her? Gorelick is a corrupt entity and is not the only lawyerly sage that posseses the power of understanding the law. There is a lot of stuff going on underneath it seems.
Trump is already becoming the establishment with this health care bill and threatening Congresscritters who make well reasoned arguments against the "promised" TEMPORARY Administration dictates/law in general, especially concerning the mandate. This is a recipe for disaster if the legislation does not immediately kill the mandate and create interstate alternatives to open up the markets. If this bill passes the demographics that immediately arises will put a lot of people underwater financially. Medical insurance companies are sure breathing a sign of relief.
Immigration, I get that, but at the expense of limited government? You can solve the immigration crisis by limiting government. Go after businesses that hire illegals, eradicate the Federal welfare system, shut off funds to school districts/sanctuary cities, tell unelected judges to pound in the sand and then tell Congress to start dissolving Appellate along with District courts so that the Supreme Court will be backlogged to hades.
Stuff isn't that hard to figure out, just need political will by not being scared of failing. If "the people" want a dysfunctional society and government, so be it. Nothing to lose in my opinion, stuff at this rate is going to hades anyway.

Ivanka, Go Home.
Your liberal friends no longer like you, and your father’s conservative friends don’t appreciate your aggressive advancing of your liberal ideas.
Just go back home to New York and let your father be President.

Had Hillary won, and were it Chelsea instead of Ivanka... instead of the headling saying “acknowledges no modern precedent for her role”, it would refer to Chelsea as a “trailblazer”.
