By about 3 p.m. Friday, a county morgue in east Ohio was already full — and more bodies were expected.
Rick Walters, an investigator for the Stark County coroner's office, had just left for two death scenes: a suicide and an overdose.
From the road, he called the director of the Ohio Emergency Management Agency to ask for help. He needed more space, he explained — specifically, a cold-storage trailer to act as an overflow morgue.
As with much of the United States, Ohio is in the throes of a heroin and opioid epidemic that shows no signs of abating.

It’s the fentanyl laced heroin that is tearing things up. Waaay stronger than the users are used to. Especially if its’s vetrinary carfentanil, which is many times more powerful than just fentanyl. So strong they just stop breathing.

I know this sounds terrible, but druggies are better off dead not spreading their DNA or wasting other people’s money. America needs to thin the herd and has needed it for some time.
In a Darwinian sense, this is welcome news. In a Christian sense, it is a tragedy but these people chose this direction for their lives and God doesn’t block people from the consequences of their sins.
Most of it is prescription drug use.
So, are we getting rid of the dumb ones ? Is that OK ?

If the doctors wouldn’t hand out scripts like they are candy people wouldn’t turn to heroin when they are cut off.

This by itself could be used by TRUMP to declare a STATE OF EMERGENCY and justification to arrest and incarcerate communists, enemedia, oligarchs, democrat politicians, UNCONSTITUTIONAL FEDERAL JUDGES, and ALL OTHER TYPES OF DOMESTIC ENEMIES.
