A Secret Service laptop was stolen from an agent's vehicle parked in front of a New York residence, law enforcement sources confirm to Fox News.
“The U.S. Secret Service can confirm that an employee was the victim of a criminal act in which our Agency issued laptop computer was stolen,” the agency said in a statement Friday. “An investigation is ongoing and the Secret Service is withholding additional comment until the facts are gathered.”
The sources could not confirm specific information that may have been housed on that laptop, but Fox News is told that such laptops have in place security features that would prevent someone without authorized access from simply logging on and searching through its contents.
However, law enforcement sources told ABC News that the laptop contained floor plans for Trump Tower and details on the criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server, among other national security information.

Why do I have the aching feeling that access to the computer doesn’t include bio metrics, two part authentication, etc. ?

The upside is that if this laptop belonged to the Secret Service it could take the thief months to wade through all the porn.

I would expect the contents of the laptop not to be disclosed at least during the investigation. Bizarre.
Also reports that information about the Pope was on it. Really curious about which one, Benedict or Francis. There has been rumors for years about Obama’s administration involved with Benedicts resignation.

There is *also* the possibility this was a test/drill to find the weakest agents, and she was it. I would certainly test my guys if I was about to embark on another rally tour. Hopefully they’ve gotten enough first-rate applicants, now all they have to do is shake loose positions for them.
In this case, I could see where leaking dis-info about the contents would be helpful to tightening up the details.
