Donald Trump’s private legal team is weighing a case against MSNBC and reporter David Johnston for leaking his 2005 tax forms on television this week.
As reported earlier Rachel Maddow stepped on a rake earlier this week by releasing Trump’s 1040 tax return form from 2005.
Rachel’s attempted hit piece enlightened the country that President Trump paid millions in taxes; he paid a higher tax rate than Socialists Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders.
The Hill, which is no friend of President Trump, reported last night that what Rachel did may be illegal – “Disclosing a taxpayer’s information without consent IS ILLEGAL.”

It would be amazing if President Trump called a press conference and said he’s considering offering a presidential pardon to any IRS official that leaks any tax returns of any elected democrat or any member of the left-wing press. All their tax info is officially on the table. And maybe even throw in the promise of a pardon for anyone disseminating 0bama’s college records and/or passport records.
Watch the left go absolutely apoplectic when one of their favorite tactics is used against them.
He wouldn’t even need to actually make that promise, only threaten to do so. The reaction would be amazing.
Too bad those two pages did not cover Trump’s charitable contributions.
I posted this on an earlier thread: Didn’t we go through this already? What about the partial tax return from the 1990’s somebody waved around that gave rise to the “he might not have paid taxes for 20 years!” crap. Nothing ever came of that.
This is exactly why he “reneged” on releasing his tax records - he knew they would work over time to commit a felony by obtaining something on his taxes.

Funny how privacy is only for women, gays and AIDS patients. Not a straight, white, Christian, Republican man.
His lawyers should bankrupt them all. No settlements no mercy. Just nail them. Remember the Obama advisors theory of ‘crucifying’ one’s political enemies?
