Suspect In House IT Security Probe Also Had Access To DNC Emails

Imran Awan — the lead suspect in a criminal probe into breaches of House of Representatives information security systems — possessed the password to an iPad used by then-Democratic National Committee Chairperson Debbie Wasserman Schultz when DNC emails were given to WikiLeaks, The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group has learned.

Wasserman Schultz resigned the DNC post in the wake of WikiLeaks posting damaging internal emails, blaming the scandal on hacking by Russians.

Imran and his family members, all of whom worked as IT professionals for members of Congress, were banned from the House network Feb. 2, 2017, by the House Sergeant at Arms, but Wasserman Schultz has declined to fire him and circumvented the ban by having him “advise” her office.

WikiLeaks emails show that although Imran was employed by her taxpayer-funded House office, the Florida Democrat’s world — and iPad — mixed DNC, House and campaign business, and that Imran was on call for, and on a first-name basis with, top DNC staff.

Garret Bonosky, deputy director of the DNC, wrote in a May 4, 2016 email: “Amy — I will call you shortly. I have to get this ipad thing figured out. Need to make sure I have her username and password.”

DNC Assistant to the Chair Amy Kroll responded: “I do not have access to her ipad password, but Imran does. . ."

The Awan brothers are part of this for sure, but “Awan” is also being used as a pseudonym for other hackers and operators being brought into the US. Sort of like Smith or Jones.

Hmm. Frankly, the maze of spies is too complicated for me. In principle, FReepers have known this is what is happening since we began analyzing the Clintons in the early-mid 90’s. Terry Reed pointed it out. One generation later, computer chip advances allowed the storing of all our data by US spies, i.e., NSA. The spies have been ratted out by other spies, Snowden and Wikileaks. So now we're not conspiracy theorists but demoralized slaves of those who govern us. The joke is on all of our masters because one man couldn't be bought who loved this country but is no intellectual. We elected him. But he cannot reverse 100 years of anti-freedom laws.

He and Imran and his brothers Abid and Jamal have obviously got a lot more info on Schultz and the DNC so they are not going to be “fired” ever. Jamal is only 22 years old and was paid $160,000 a year, three times the average House IT staff salary. DNC congress critters will be paying them a huge amount of the tax payers dollars to keep them quiet even when they are behind bars or have fled back to Pakistan.

But I guess we can thank the brothers for helping to botch up their Democrat employers. So ha, ha, ha on that.

Only a few minimal mentions on FNC or Limbaugh, and almost none in the MSM. I’m thinking only Saudi influence could keep something this big this quiet.
