Have you forgotten Matthews’ bizarre admission, when Trump was elected, about a sensations running up his leg. Matthews politics appear to be governed by something very far from rational analytics. He would be well advised to simply shut up on the subject. What he might define as “Presidential” might be very, very strange, indeed.
