Of course he does, and always has. One does not launch nukes until every contingency is prepared and planned for. His peeps - Congress - were just dragging their heels and he pushed the chickenshits off the diving board.

NBC propaganda keeps reporting that there is no evidence. Basically they are insinuating that Trump is a paranoid freak.

Even if he doesn’t have evidence, we may proceed freely on the basis of the “seriousness of the charges.” Just ask Clarence Thomas.

Time to fire Comey that freak. He’s now asking the Justice Dept. to reject Trump’s claim.

This guy sounds very credible to me, and I can’t disagree with a single word he says.

This one’s shaping up to be a major disappointment.
It’s looking like all this was was using a collection of media stories to make an accusation, to counter the other media accusations of russian “collusion”.
To not have records of warrants, or attempts to get them, in advance of publicizing this looks like a newbie error.
Consider - if true but no records in hand, this would be a cataclysmic demonstration of state corruption in the US. So, armed with only reports in the media, the administration would now have to trust this very same corrupt state to produce the documentation it needs.
Making the accusation without the backup only gives the deep state an advance warning of what’s coming. Congratulations, now they can start destroying evidence.
I hope Trump does have the records, if not, he just bit off more than he can chew with this one.
I’m sure many will try to characterize it as some sort of “master stroke”.
