TGP reported earlier that the first FISA request came right after AG Loretta Lynch met with Bill Clinton on the tarmac at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in June of 2016.
The second FISA request was submitted in October of 2016 just before the election. Hillary Clinton sent out a tweet on October 31st stating that ‘computer scientists have uncovered a covert server linking the Trump organization to a Russian-based server’.
It appears she was tipped off to the wiretapping prior to the election.

I don’t think that Lynch and Clinton were meeting on that tarmac about Hillary, because it was already a given that she would NEVER be prosecuted: They were meeting about how to destroy Trump. They were meeting secretly, out of town, away from reporters, about wiretapping, etc. Obama could technically keep his hands clean, and Bill would do the dirty work.
Lynch ordered it after Bill chat. Use the Russuan cover story to open the door so Hillary could get the inside info just like Nixon did. Lynch would keep the AG job and continue her “social justice” agenda and war on police
Obama is clear as he was playing golf with short timer disease. He did not like Hilary but was loyal party guy and wanted his legacy to endure.
The kicker is proving all this as Trump who is a risk taker is taking a big risk here but big reward.
He did change the narrative away from Session/Russians as everybody on TV today said no evidence and they have to investigate Tap-Gate also.
A good defense is a good offense.
He needs his Deputy AG approved while Sessions sits this out and getting the Senate to approve someone in my lifetime is not easy, especially now as this game just went nuclear.

Well, technically, the FISA court would order the wiretap and the Justice Department would apply for it.
But that doesn’t speak to the question of who was ultimately behind the push to wiretap Trump.

First, everybody and their brother is admitting there is no evidence regarding Trump-Russia collusion.
Clapper again admitted it today, that there was no evidence by the time he left, but he believes it’s true today.
Right now, without evidence, Russia is and always was a fishing trip.
Clinton meets Lynch in June and the next day the 1st FISA request made then rejected.
2nd FISA request in October and approved.
At the end of October, Hillary tweets about “computer scientists” uncover a server linking trump to russia.
Why should Hillary know about a FISA investigation ?
How does Hillary get information on a FISA request and subsequent investigation ? Who tipped her off ?
Somebody has to elaborate who the computer scientists are .
Maybe I’m missing something, here, but what outs do the RATs have ?

I’m told on the second FISA request, Trump was not mentioned by neame. So, the wiretap was approved.

Sounds like a rhetorical question. She was tipped to it, and when the WH did not try to expose Trump, she stuck her neck out. Clumsy wording: “Computer scientists.” And a damning admission: the word, BANK. She knew of the precise reason used in the warrant to get FISA permission to (using Mark Levin’s word) SPY on Trump.

How these guys locked on to the Server connectivity seems shady and contrived, but Hillary wasn’t tipped off illegally.
The fact that Hillary’s tweet is still up tells me she did NOT expect the nuke DJT launched yesterday and her staff is in such disarray they forgot to delete it, and now it’s too late.
What went unreported today was Trump third Saturday tweet about how the DNC would not let the FBI look at there hacked server that told us how the screwed Bernie.
DNC said the Russians hacked us, that is what our IT firm said (the 3 brothers?) but no FBI you can’t see it so you have to believe our Russian story. Then bleach bit the server so no one knows and we run wi the Russian story as Manafort had dealings over there and Trump did not release his tax returns.
So grab a torch and storm the Frankenstein Castle. Mob mentality takes over. Say Russians enough times over and over and everyone believes it as fact

As I explained, the literal authority is with the FISA court.

Even today, and especially after the revelations of almost universal contacts with Russians by both political parties . . . Do these jerks not understand yet:
