Trump correct, FISA court granted wiretap on Trump Tower Under Obama Administration
Gateway Pundit ^ | March 4, 2017 | Lucian Wintrich

Of course the news of the morning on the political talk shows, stated that Trump did it again! He gave a great speech, then threw it away with absurd allegations of Trump tower being bugged! Thanks to Chris Olsen for this information!! They stated that there are only 2 ways to legally wiretap anyone, one is with a court order by a judge, and the other is a FISA warrant. They said (all of them) that this did not exist. The truth, and they should know this by now, is that there was a FISA courts filing approved under the Obama Administration, which resulted in no findings. Here is a link to prove Trumps statement.

From my studies, the “simplification” offered as news is never straight or accurate. Totally agenda driven.

Take that, Barry. Turnabout is fair play.
By James Longstreet

Senator Schumer, do you disavow any knowledge of wiretappings of Trump offices?

Representative Pelosi, do you disavow any knowledge of wiretappings of Trump offices?

Wouldn’t we love to see the twisting, the facial expressions, the stammering from these two as their careers flash before their eyes as they search for the proper response?

The Russia conspiracy theory is Obama’s cover story for tapping Donald Trump.

They figured they’d win and none of this would ever see the light or day.

AND their friends in the MSM were telling them sixteen times a day that they were going to win, it was a mathematical certainty they were going to win, Trump was over, Trump was a joke, Trump had no chance, Trump was easy to beat.

And they believed it! They believed it all!

...there was a FISA courts filing approved under the Obama Administration, which resulted in no findings.....

It is also possible Obama’s team may have perjured themselves before the FISA court by withholding material information essential to the FISA court’s willingness to permit the government surveillance.....since no wrongdoing was found.

This possibility would fall under the Crimes Act of 1958.

FALSIFYING GOVT DOCUMENTS---falsifying official documents is the criminal MO to hide larger crimes.

A person falsifying documents can be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years.

Also, if official government documents or govt authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. Legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting fact-based information
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

It will be interesting to see how that fake Russian Dossier fits into all of this. Was that cooked up to be the predicate for the FISA warrant appl5?

“It will be interesting to see how that fake Russian Dossier fits into all of this. Was that cooked up to be the predicate for the FISA warrant appl5?”

As a conservative lawyer, how do you answer your own question, as you probably have the answer to your question? :)

“So Obama needs an excuse to get a warrant to tap Trump. So he states he has evidence that Trump is colluding with Russians to get the warrant or something along those lines. The warrant is granted. Nobody believes Donald Trump will win. It is believed that Hillary will win and retain the levers of power and Donald Trump will never even find out what happened. But Donald Trump wins and they know he’s going to find out that he was wiretapped. they immediately move to cover their asses by creating the fiction that Donald Trump was in cahoots with the Russians so that when it all inevitably comes out, they can say, this is why we did it. The Russia conspiracy theory is Obama’s cover story for tapping Donald Trump.”

It has yet to be determined if that’s what happened, but it certainly is a plausible scenario. It seems to make every piece fit better than most other speculations I’ve read or heard. It certainly would explain why Trump was so quick to compare it to Watergate.

The spin has evolved from “Trump is talking crazy again” to “Trump has no proof” to “a wiretap was done without Obama’s knowledge” to “Obama had no choice but to investigate the treasonous Trump.” - Steve_Seattle

So are we gonna find an October warrant retro-dated/active to June?

We all remember Angela Merkel telling Big Ears to knock off the tapping of her phone!!! Why does anyone think he wouldn’t have been tapping Trump’s phone during the campaign?

Someone needs to wire tap Obama and Jarrett’s headquarters. I think there is a good reason at this point.

Excellent Steve, “The spin has evolved from “Trump is talking crazy again” to “Trump has no proof” to “a wiretap was done without Obama’s knowledge” to “Obama had no choice but to investigate the treasonous Trump.” - Steve_Seattle

When you consider the short timeline of Trump’s first tweet on this serious charge to Steve’s comments above.

The lefties are losing sleep, ground and any sanity they might have as Trumptowergate pounds them 24/7.

Trumptowergate is like a WWII USS Naval gunship fleet and plane assault from several USS carriers on a Japanese held Island.

Pardon my poor English, “You ain’t seen anything yet!”

Thanks Steve

I agree....Finally something that makes sense.

And Trump chose the right analogy....Watergate.

Please notice that Hillary is silent.

I'm assuming that Hillary had a sweet job f Obama and Michelle and Obama's boot lickers. Hence, the house in DC.....on & near Embassy Row.

Sure makes sense considering Jarrett is now living with them. Someone has to walk the dogs.
