Nobody believes Donald Trump will win. It is believed that Hillary will win and retain the levers of power and Donald Trump will never even find out what happened. But Donald Trump wins and they know he’s going to find out that he was wiretapped. they immediately move to cover their asses by creating the fiction that Donald Trump was in cahoots with the Russians so that when it all inevitably comes out, they can say, this is why we did it. The Russia conspiracy theory is Obama’s cover story for tapping Donald Trump.”
It has yet to be determined if that’s what happened, but it certainly is a plausible scenario. It seems to make every piece fit better than most other speculations I’ve read or heard. It certainly would explain why Trump was so quick to compare it to Watergate.
It’s a working hypothesis. It seems logical but it may or may not be true. More importantly, possibly, it’s a highly plausible narrative. key word: plausible.
