There was no press honeymoon for President Trump during his first month in office. A meticulous new study by the Media Research Center finds that 88 percent of the broadcast news coverage of Mr. Trump and his team was “hostile” during the first 30 days of office.
The coverage was intense and plentiful. The study, which analyzed both tone and content for evening newscasts on ABC, NBC and CBS, found that the “Big Three” networks produced 16 hours of coverage on the new president and his staff. That is over half — 54 percent — of their total coverage for the month.
“Our measure of media tone excludes soundbites from identified partisans, focusing instead on tallying the evaluative statements made by reporters and the nonpartisan talking heads (experts and average citizens) included in their stories,” write Rich Noyes, research director for the conservative press watchdog, and fellow analyst Mike Ciandella.

The last occupant of that office received 99% glowing adulation from the press. There were frequently photos shot from angles to make it appear he had a halo or was in some respect a deity. I wonder why we haven’t seen similar shots of President Trump? /s
The media’s justification that they’re “doing their job” would carry a lot more weight if they didn’t just get finished kissing Obama’s behind for eight years.

That seems a bit low to me. Nobody reduces spending in Washington and doesn’t enjoy 100 percent assault from every flank. Just wait until the tax code is not a weapon or carve out.
The press are basically Democratic politicians and should be treated as such until they demonstrate otherwise.

They welcomed him because he was ushering in the NWO as Soros buddied up or slipped money to their progressive liberal business owners to ensure he got favorable press coverage. It's always been about money and power.

There’s probably never been a more concentrated effort at propaganda, than what we are seeing now, from so many different fronts, in all of history, including the work of Goebbels. The many decades of study the CIA has done on the psychology of propaganda has now become available to those willing to pay for it. Soros is just one example. The traditional news media is by far the worst of the lot. They’ve become so proficient at manipulation, that even long time Christian conservatives who subject themselves to watching the ‘news’ start questioning their long held positions, views, and beliefs, then they cannot even understand why, or explain to themselves, why they now question their long held views.

Given their ‘Narrative,’ I would have figured it closer to 99%.

The biggest corrective for this constant propaganda feed about President Trump was the speech before the joint session of Congress Tuesday night. There, for the first time, the REAL Donald Trump was revealed to perhaps millions who had never had a clear picture of him before.
Donald Trump is nothing like the caricature of him that has been endlessly portrayed in the Idiocracy media, who have tried to fit Trump into a box of their making.
It is like trying to box up a hurricane. A fool’s errand, even if it were possible to make a box large enough, much less close it up.
Force of nature that he is, Trump just keeps bursting out, exerting enormous effects even on things seemingly far distant, and seemingly indifferent to the havoc wreaked by passage. If you are in the path, just batten down and strive to survive.
Or not.
It seemed to be 99% hostile.
