Gingrich: 'Blown Away' by 'Unifying' Trump Speech to Congress

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) said he was "blown away" by President Trump's address to a joint session of Congress.
He called the speech better than Trump's inaugural address and better than his notable campaign speech in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

The speech was well written but Trump’s delivery was OFF THE CHARTS excellent. It’s the best speech I’ve seen from ANY politician for decades.
The best part was that, judging by the stunned looks on their faces, the congressional ‘RATS knew it also.

Gingrich said he is confident, despite party-line divisions in Congress, that he will split Democratic opposition on agenda items like infrastructure. I've got news for Gingrich. It isn't Democratic opposition to the infrastructure spending the president has to worry about. It's Republican.
