Two parents raised questions about the way seventh-graders are taught about Islam during the school board meeting Thursday, Feb. 6.
Borough residents Nancy Geyer and Libby Hilsenrath said the social studies curriculum includes two videos and other materials that go in-depth about Islamic practices, prayer and holidays and display the statement, There is no God except Allah.

Oh well, looky here.
The parents, two concerned ladies, “raised a question.” How nice.
I wonder if they sat politely in their chairs, waiting with their hands raised to be called upon. Silently saying, “call me, call me.” And then were so excited when they called upon, so they could ask a question, then sit down politely and smile, knowing that they had done their job.
*WIMPS* Where are the Fathers!
School choice—it’s coming.

Watched them!
Thankful that Tucker gave them a segment.
This nonsense has to stop...we need more parents standing up, like these moms have.
Unless they are also teaching kids to say the Rosary and recite the Lord’s Prayer, and quote passages from the Torah, it is muslim evangelizing
I’m certain the true side of Islam was not even mentioned.
Women are objects to be raped and sold, non-Muslims are pigs to be enslaved and killed, all other books besides the Koran to be burned.
I hope that answers any questions. Any more questions and you’ll be slaughtered as a heretic.

Good catch, thanks.
>> it is muslim evangelizing
Evangelizing is the proclamation of the gospel. There is no good news in islam.
It may be Muslim proselytizing, but is not evangelizing.
Only two parents? I agree. . .where are the fathers? Where are the churches?
It must be OK to teach religion in a public school, they have been teaching the religion of liberalism for many years. #sarcasm
Public “education” will not be changed for the better until parents take the initiatives and not just call out the “teachers” and PC admins and school boards, but take action to have them fired or pressured into leaving.
Start wherever there is evil, politically obsessed “teachers” admins, SB members. GET THEM OUT You pay the taxes, don’t support them. Just ranting and raving isn’t enough.
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
This curriculum is not new in schools. I discovered 18 years ago it was being taught in my Grandson's 5th or 6th grade class. I am sorry to say all I did was get angry because they wouldn't teach Christianity. Back then I didn't realize what Islam teaching's actually were.
The sperm donors are probably out donating sperm somewhere else.
No surprise. The teachers are leftist maniacs, hell bent on eliminating the Christian foundation of this country and replacing it with the muzzy death cult.
“Two parents”
Out of how many parents? The parents of all the non muslim kids in the whole damn school should have ‘questioned’ it!
Separation of church and state is Islamophobia now.
Parents, having your kids in the local indoctrination center (aka public school) should be child abuse. Why not homeschooled? Is it because you don’t want to be bothered and you want money and status? Isn’t your kids worth the sacrifice?
Public education cannot be changed for the better. There is no God in government schools.
