A CIA analyst assigned to the White House National Security Council announced Monday he has left the agency because he refuses to work with President Donald Trump.
Edward Price began working at the CIA in 2006, and he said it was his first job out of college. He resigned from the agency last month after Trump took office.
"Despite working proudly for Republican and Democratic presidents, I reluctantly concluded that I cannot in good faith serve this administration as an intelligence professional,"

My first thought...
bye ass h8le
... then again such an exam could be the highlight of his week.
Finally. Someone with conviction.
Price says he was discomfited because during the campaign, Trump implied that the CIA was untrustworthy, citing the CIA’s “slam dunk” on Iraq, etc., yet Trump supposedly supported the Iraq War before the fact. (Trump’s “support” consisted of saying “I guess” when asked if he supported it). Is Price so dumb that he doesn’t connect the dots between the CIA snookering the nation (and allegedly Trump) into a war through either incompetence or malfeasance, and Trump subsequently finding it unreliable? Maybe an inability to learn from past mistakes isn’t part of CIA training.
I suggest Price get a job as a construction laborer. No one should be on the NSC staff who has zero experience out of government. No doubt he already has his next gig lined up with the Democrats, whose talking points he has down pat.
Sometimes the swamp drains itself
Imagine he figure it was better to resign (a month ago - Old News too) than it would have been to go home after he got off work & tell his mom & dad that he got fired.
WHAT is their gripe? He’s not smart enough? They confuse smarts with changing the way Washington works. They confuse Trump’s keeping his promises to the people, to it’s not done that way.
WHAT is their real gripe about President Trump? I think it’s social acceptance behavior. Go back to Sarah Palin. She was the new lady on the scene.. smart and going places. Then the media and late night TV went after her.. and the public turned on her, for the most part. By the time they got through with their attacks, she was damaged goods.
Could be the same thing with Trump. The media and just about everyone in Washington, the east coast and the west coast... lit into Trump, full bore. They made fun of him.. his hair, his family, everything.. they ridiculed and made fun... attacks from everywhere. The reason? He was not one of THEM. He was an outsider and they were going to ridicule him like school kids do to a new student they don’t know or like. The ones who join the hate club, are typically weak people who would rather follow the popular crowd, than stand for anything good and right.
I don’t care who you are, those attacks have an effect on most everyone. They can’t see the good that Trump wants to do... they just hone in on the fact he’s different and not one of them. So, they take their balls and go home.
G00d Riddance, as****e!!
maybe his gravy train was ending, and he had to actually do the work now under this president instead of sitting around watching porn
Then I suggest you weren't the professional you claim to be. A true professional puts his ideological views to the side. As a professional Soldier I served honorably, regardless of who lived at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
His college indoctrination to Marxist thought was thorough.
"Because I am no longer smarter than the president." - I'm sure he meant.
I wonder if he’s a leaker getting out before he’s caught?
“You’re fired! Get out.”
“I simply cannot continue to work under these conditions. I am resigning.”
I read his letter. We’re lucky he quit.
Forward.
Hey, I left my job 3 years ago because I couldn’t work under the Obama administration. Okay, technically, my company decided they’d rather pay some offshore worker 40% of my salary plus no benefits.
But I fail to see very little difference between my situation and this CIA snowflake.
CNN gig coming soon?
