'Not My President!' declare anti-Trump protesters in Atlanta
Several hundred “Not My President’s Day” protesters marched in Atlanta on Monday, arguing Donald Trump is unfit for the White House.
The rally was one of a number taking across the country Monday to coincide with Presidents’s Day.
About 400 demonstrators in Atlanta walked peacefully from Arts Center in Midtown to Lenox Mall carrying signs and chanting
For Tristan Merediz it was his first protest. He’s 72.
“I come from South America,” said Merediz, who has lived in the U.S. for 60 years. “Trumps reminds me of a dictator. The way he attacks the press, the way he attacks the people. Look at (Hugo) Chavez in Venezuela or (Evo) Morales in Bolivia. They’re all the same.”
Merediz said he never thought he’d see such a leader assume the presidency but warned a dictatorship could be established here “if Congress doesn’t stand up to him. We’re heading that way.”
Trump won Georgia in November and many of his supporters appear to be standing behind him. They like his push to crack down in illegal immigration and his choice of a staunch conservative for the U.S. Supreme Court.

Rally in January reportedly had an inflated number of 60,000. In reference to today’s rally having a couple hundred. The article says:
“Monday’s event was not nearly that large.”
Bernie could not muster 400 at his rallies here in L.A. I know, I WALKED by one with my GF to a street market and these losers could barely make 400 in front of the CNN building.

Just who IS the President these 400 people would recognize?
Perhaps there is a “de facto” President is some “Deep State”, that shadow government that claims to speak for the #NeverTrumpers.
But their acquaintances and neighbors DO recognize Donald Trump, and tend to cancel out their voice. “Democracy”, which is held to be some kind of virtue, prevails when the balance of powers shifts AWAY from whatever opinions are held by the minority.
As long as you remember that Atlanta is the home of fake news - CNN - and that the MSM has an agenda, this is not surprise.
Ten thousand could rally for Trump and it would not be a new item.
