No, this is not a headline from the Onion, but rather the stark reality of the parallel universe the once hard-edge and hard news Fox News has slowly descended into. Former State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf, who earned her 15 minutes of fame by publicly claiming the best way to defeat ISIS was not to bomb them but to hire them, has signed on to be a Fox News contributor.

She joined them back around the middle of January.
I've yet to see her "contributing".
I've heard that she balked a little about being put up as a foil for the aggrandizement of Bill O'reilly...so she may not be entirely stupid.
But she is stupid enough...she actually thought that other moron from State, the inimitable Jean Psaki (another bright and shining liberal star), had enough influence to get her the job in State that John Kirby ass-kissed...er, worked his way into.

Folks, I quit watching Fox News right after they hired/promoted Megan Kelly to be in their prime time lineup. It was clear to me then that they were putting ratings and pretty faces over content.
Fox has a gay liberal as their prime time news anchor. They have a left of center blowhard idiot for their prime time lead commentary program.
They moved Hannity to make room for Kelly.
The only redeeming quality of FOX was Special Report with Brit Hume. Even with that, he too often had too many liberals on.
Fox isn’t conservative, they just aren’t as liberal as other networks.
Reality TV idea: FOX would tell Harf they followed her advice. They hired an ISIS guy. He used to be a head-chopper, but now he’s her make-up artist. Have a huge, black-hooded guy standing behind her chair, beckoning to her.
FOX wouldn’t do it, but the video would be platinum viral in one day, if they did.
In the days before remote controls there was Blab Off.
We have no interest in Fox News, with the exception of Tucker Carlson.

Yes, I noticed she is now on as a commentator/ie. opinion speaker. She has been there for about 2 weeks now.
I was shocked to see her there. OTOH, perhaps it’s good since she is so dumb she is sure to step in it and make a fool of herself. Perhaps now that she is no longer speaking for the Obama State Department, she will speak with a bit less nonsense. However, I will never be able to take anything she says seriously.

They are trying to turn Harf into Ashleigh Bamfield. If they wanted to do that they should have forced Meghan to wear glasses and look school teacher sexy. It doesn’t work with Harf.
