The fallout from the resignation of National Security Adviser Michael Flynn is not over. We have Russia, leaks, and palace intrigue about former Obama administration officials laying the foundation to topple Flynn, who was knows for being staunchly opposed to the Iran nuclear deal. Guy wrote a post about the allegations. Frankly, Flynn misled the vice president, which alone is an act that warrants him being shown the door. Multiple writers, namely Damon Linker at The Week and Eli Lake at Bloomberg have noted another sinister angle to this story, which is the number of leaks of highly sensitive information coming from this administration. It appears as if intelligence operatives are willingly leaking intercepted phone calls with Trump officials (Flynn) to hamstring the administration from governing. Linker is no fan of Flynn, but added that dissatisfaction with a governing administration is handled through things called elections. It is not the job of the America’s spies to sabotage governance. Lake added that this could be just the beginning—and that more heads could roll (Conway, Bannon, maybe even the president himself.)
Former CIA analyst and U.S. Army Reserve Lt. Col Tony Schaffer was pretty straightforward in his Fox Business appearance today, where he said that Obama officials were definitely behind the leaks—and even named a few of them (via Free Beacon):
"Risk and Reward" host Deirdre Bolton asked Shaffer whether he thought leaks from the Obama administration were "the problem."
"Absolutely," Shaffer answered, saying the Obama administration was "directly involved" with the leak.
Shaffer said the blame lay "squarely at the feet of" the former CIA director John Brennan, former director of National Intelligence Jim Clapper, and former deputy national security advisor Ben Rhodes.
Schaffer added that Flynn was a smart guy and probably didn’t discuss the area about Russian sanctions in the manner that’s been portrayed by the Left because he knew those calls would be analyzed and reviewed somewhere down the road. He added that what Flynn said was probably no different than when President Obama said told then-Russian President Dmitry Medvedev would have more flexibility once the 2012 election was over.
Schaffer noted that what Flynn said—when he called these various foreign officials—probably went along the lines of you’re going to deal with me, these are the issues on the table, and we might revisit them in the future. I agree that’s not necessarily illegal, but misleading the vice president by offering incomplete accounts of the conversations is an offense that could lead to one’s dismissal.
This isn’t over.

Sedition: "Conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch." What about that definition is Obama not doing?
Treason: "The crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government."
18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 - TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES The Law. From what I could discern, Obama is skating on thin ice right now.
Regarding Shadow Government, each one of these from 18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 may apply:
§ 2381 - Treason
§ 2382 - Misprision of treason
§ 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection
§ 2384 - Seditious conspiracy
§ 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government
§ 2386 - Registration of certain organizations
§ 2387 - Activities affecting armed forces generally
§ 2388 - Activities affecting armed forces during war
§ 2389 - Recruiting for service against United States
§ 2390 - Enlistment to serve against United States
Just like with Hillary, lots of potential charges. Have Comey and Sessions get on this and if they find factual evidence of Sedition or Treason, then arrest Obama and his cronies.
This is deeply disturbing.
I HOPE and PRAY Trump is up to snuffing this out, but...
...I can’t shake the feeling that the rot is all the way down to the foundation.
After all, Obama’s moles have had PLENTY of time to plan EVERY last strategic detail and to build their ‘Hiroshima’ files.

It has nothing to do with who is above who. Assume Flynn was above Pence, lied, and got caught. Assume Pence was above Flynn, FLynn lied, got caught. Assume they were absolute equals, Flynn lied, got caught. Don’t lie, don’t get caught, don’t give ammo to your enemies. I know it is stupid, but liberals are talking about impeachment - you gotta play an extra clean game, especially in the first few months of the term.

Absolutely! Obama was corrupt and incompetent. A very dangerous combination.
