Senate GOP leaders urging WH to withdraw Puzder nomination: report

Top Senate Republicans are calling for President Trump to withdraw Andrew Puzder's nomination for Labor secretary, CNN reported Wednesday.
There are four Republican senators planning to vote against Puzder, and could be as many as 12, the report said, citing a GOP source. The GOP has a 52-seat majority in the Senate, so Puzder's nomination would fail if three or more Republicans joined all Democrats in opposing him.

I’m not a top Republican, just an average Trump voter, but I encourage him to withdraw the nomination.
The guy is a Cheap Labor Express Republican who has advocated for amnesty and hired illegal aliens.

They want Trump to pull the nomination so they don't have to vote. I hope Trump makes them go on the record.

At one point he hired an invader housekeeper. He said he didn't know about the status of the woman, which is tough to believe. For starters, he's CEO of Hardee's, and I'm really uncomfortable that he doesn't EVerify everyone, personal and corporate employees.
And what did he say? He said that as soon as he found out, he paid taxes and fines and helped her apply for legal status. That's unacceptable. Why would he help an invader get legal status? He's a criminal and certainly not on our side if he'd help the invader stay in the US.

They are fighting Trump on this Puzder nomination. They are leading the way to open Senate investigation against Flynn.
These McCain/Graham bastids are worse than the Rats.
Look for them to fight Trump for the next 8 years.

Pres Trump should have kept Chao as the very last cabinet member to confirm, and contingent on how well McConnell got DT’s cabinet appointed promptly and efficiently.
