I see young people interviewed on television who can't even articulate the reason they are protesting. Others bent on destruction who probably espouse no cause but chaos.
I've seen hysterical protestors screaming about First Amendment rights which they seem to think only protects them and those who think like them and that the opposition has no first amendment protection and should be shouted down at all costs.
The rhetoric is becoming hotter and more nonsensical, the radical element more apparent, the violence and destruction of property more common place.
The pot is boiling and it’s only a matter of time before there will be blood on the streets.
Americans have the right to civil disobedience, a right to gather and demonstrate against some policy they feel is unfair or harmful to the country at large, but they do not have the right to interrupt commerce, break windows, burn cars or do bodily harm to those who disagree with them.

That is not all all accurate.
When one commits civil disobedience, they will be arrested.
If a person is arrested for an act, it usually means they had no right to commit that act.
Civil disobedience is breaking the law.

I had an epiphany when posting on another thread here:
During the Obama years, the Right was fighting him, though not all that effectively. Nevertheless, there was concern we would end up in martial law and/or civil war.
Well, here is the epiphany: The left is ramping up that same kind of resistance, only a hundred fold. That means that is this continues, we WILL realize those very things people feared during the Obama administration.
And make no mistake. The right will win if it goes that way.

Conservatives won’t fight back, that much is obvious by the lack of presence in the streets supporting the President. Yes, I know we have jobs but nobody gets off their butts on weekends either.
Lefties are the only ones that fight for their causes. Would love to see people prove me wrong but I doubt that will happen. *Preparing for incoming*
Charlie, there has been blood on the streets through campaign and since then. But yes there will be more, because evil will not let go of it’s hold in our country quietly, it will have to be cut out until clear margins like when dealing with cancer. We may even need additional treatments to thwart the possibility of regrowth.

sorry to disappoint you but most of us are not agitators and fools like the left to run around and cause trouble daily or weekly. Are you wanting media attention to signify “support” for something? paid fools like the left has? or are you wanting sincere support of some thing?

Many of the leftists are being paid. Most of them likely make more protesting than their skill set would normally command.

Yes, there probably will be more and worse violence before it’s all over with. But I console myself with the thought that it will involve just the hardcore, Soros-funded anarchists.
It will be like the Occupy movement in that some who have been fooled into believing the “cause” is just will become disillusioned. Others will give up just because they have a hard time staying with a project over time.
