California Gov. Jerry Brown, appealing to the Trump administration for direct federal assistance on the Oroville Dams emergency spillway...”
Ho, ho, ho...I guess those plans for Secession are now on the backburner.
“Problem is, we’re Liberals so we can’t actually do anything. But we are standing by, ready to complain about Trump.”
Hey Governor, your thumb's not in far enough. And spin faster!
...have you tried an emergency tax increase?
Ol’ TinCan Brown.. reduced to ‘Hey Trump, can ya spare a dime or a billion or two?’
NO money for califonicate! They want to secede. Let’s start NOW. If we give the moonbeam money he’ll just transfer the money to his railroad.
Should those poor people who were forced to evacuate be reimbursed for their hotels, etc? The dam failure was not due to a Act of God, but government mismanagement.
Will the high speed train be available to evacuate the townspeople?
Well Moonbeam, these dam emergencies always seem to come up at the wrong times, don’t they.
Gov. Brown has promised free bullet train rides for those who have been dislocated from their homes.
We listened to Brown here tonight. What a putz. No information. Spinning like crazy and said he’s not going to visit the area cause we aren’t important or something like that. Thanks Jerry!
Get Bruce Jenner and Chelsea Manning on it..!
They’ll solve EVERYTHING..!
He could have fixed state infrastructure if he wasn’t handing $billions to illegal aliens.I think he is directly and criminally liable and should be arrested!!
Then after he saves their bacon, if they want to go back to griping about how he's Hitler, so be it.
Dam liar.
Where’s the money Jerry?....Jerry?
Go away Moonbeam, do not pass Go, do not collect any money for the choo choo train to nowhere. Go away you retromingent jackass, please go away.
Dams are bad, unnatural. And they cost a lot to keep up. Californicans should be glad to let it disintegrate, to help their greatness.
Very good! Exactly!
They could have dropped rocks into the fissure for 1% of the cost of doing it by helicopter if they had started during their "drought."
But what do I know? California people are ever so much smarter than me. They're all geniuses. They've elected wall-to-wall Democrats to run their state, so this should be cleared up in an hour or two.
And it's a great opportunity for lots of blow-dried anchor persons to get some face time on TV!
I heard one last night say the flow rate down the emergency spillway was "100,000 cubic feet per centimeter."
