I hope everyone remembers that Flynn is being attacked because he exposed Obama arming terrorists in Syria. That’s what this is all about.
Nobody enforces the “Logan Act” . Why wasn’t the Logan act enforced on John Kerry when he met with the North Vietnamese government in Paris during a war . Why wasn’t it endorsed on on John McCain when he met with Isis “rebels “ in Syria??? Why wasn’t Jesse Jackson prosecuted under the Logan act for going to Cuba in 1974 and meeting with Fidel Castro? Why wasn’t that bitch Jane Fonda prosecuted under the “Logan Act “ for meeting with the North Vietnamese government IN HANOI??? This is stupid nonsense on Flynn. It is totally FAKE news!!

Mixed reporting about if Flynn’s head may be on the chopping block or not.
Perhaps Byron York ought to check in with the news organization that he sometimes shows up as a pundit on. And, he should disclose how he saw the transcripts. IMO.

It is possible that the leaks are intentional and approved back channel by the Administration...designed to keep the Times and WaPo off balance and loaded with fake news to damage their reputations.

Excellent, on point observations. And, spot on correct. This is how the leakers are uncovered. Might add, verified by certain trolls on FR. Even Zero Hedge doesn’t derive any conclusions— so there’s also, that. It is a narrowing funnel, to out the leakers, and Pence is completely in the loop on this effort (as he has been attempted as a “setup” by the puppeteers of the GOPe and the Left).

I'm sure Flynn was aware of this procedural matter, and would be dumb to negotiate sanctions over the phone, or do anything but mention the topic casually, which appears to be the case.
Step Smith just spoke with Roberts about this. They are wetting themselves over whether Trump will cut Flynn loose. They are saying Flynn “fibbed” to Pence.
While it appears there is some there there, it wouldn’t shock me if there weren’t any actual source. Either that or it’s an Admin ploy to out a mole and/or give the media enough rope to hang themselves.

Obama signed an order to release his transcripts IIRC, right after that so called investigation into Russian hacking.
Remember McCain & Elijah Cummings are still planning on additional investigation in Russian influence on the election.
NSA spies on everyone all the time however they can - and they can do a lot. Any way Obama ordered all that info to be released for all members of Trump’s Team.
They are saying it’s a violation of the Logan Act, but Dems have violated that with impunity for decades.
