The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals announced they will issue a ruling on President Trump’s temporary travel ban.
Washington Judge James L. Robart filed a temporary restraining order on President Trump’s refugee ban from seven terror states.

President Trump said he wanted to wait but was advised that some really bad so-called ‘refugees’ would get in without it.
The President made the call knowing things these judges don’t know, which is why the President has the plenary power, meaning exclusive and absolute power over matters of visas and entry.
Amazing. I think they should go with California and a few other states and form their own nation.
Let’s see, will anyone hazard a guess how this biased, anti-Trump judge will rule?
My prediction: The TRO will be REVERSED as to persons who have never yet entered the United States (because the law is crystal clear that such persons have no legal right to enter whatsoever); but the TRO will be SUSTAINED as to persons who have ever entered the United States.
They may not agree with the order politically, but Supreme Court justices have too much respect for the institution to squander it’s reputation on such a weak and obviously partisan ruling.
Robart will get smacked down one way or another.
Congress could also remove the immigration case jurisdiction of such inferior courts if they wished to do so, but I doubt they would even entertain such an idea.

But you're not on the 9th Circus, and you don't make rulings to match your sense of what should be.
You make your rulings based on the law and the Constitution. Silly.
It will probably be a 40-60 page ruling full of dense legal jargon and lots of gibberish, upholding the stay.
The whole thing is absurd. Leftist judges tying the hands of the president of the United States and preventing him from protecting the American people.
I will be shocked if this goes the president’s way.

I would be surprised if the 9th did the right thing here.
They have shown no hesitation or reluctance to get bitch-slapped by SCOTUS in the past.
