“Supreme Court justices have too much respect for the institution”

Justice `Butch’ Kagan didn’t have a problem voting on Obamacare, the fiasco she oversaw as Solicitor General.

The problem many freepers have is they still hold out hope that this time, finally, Lucy won’t move the football.

I would be surprised if the 9th did the right thing here.
They have shown no hesitation or reluctance to get bitch-slapped by SCOTUS in the past.

I do think things are different this time with President Trump. The Congress does seem to be acting like a majority party.

Regarding this matter, it is too plainly partisan. Obamacare was a completely different matter. The SC was siding with the legislative and executive branches. In this case they will do the same, i.e. vote 8-0 for President Trump.

If the SC were to side with Robart, President Trump will simply ignore the TRO and proceed to protect America. The Democrats and their propagandists will squeal, but the voters will side with President Trump. Meanwhile the Democrats are losing momentum, the narrative and voters all the way to 2018.

Don’t doubt President Trump. So much winning!
