Remainers had hoped it would be the night when they finally made a dent in Theresa Mays Brexit plans as they put forward a bewildering array of new clauses and amendments to the Article 50 bill.
Nine proposals in all, ranging from the rights of EU migrants to the opinions of the Gibraltar Government, were put to the vote, and one by one all nine proposals were thrown out by MPs.
It was a flawless night for Theresa May, as the EU (Notification of Withdrawal) Bill was passed by 494 votes to 122 in its original, unamended form.

Yeah I was hoping she’d go for a MT-type admin.
NF would be awesome. I’d like to meet that guy and shake hands with him. Lou Dobbs and President Trump, too. (not in that order)

I posit that Trump’s coattails are wide enough to have influenced this vote....

“Remainers had hoped”
Looks like the “Big Enders” and the “Little Enders” is not as far off as I had thought.

Right after the vote, there were polls saying that people regretted the Brexit vote, and would rather remain. Sounds like the UK has their own problem with fake polls, and fake news.

My pick above all. Lou Dobbs.
