And here is my unsubstantiated opinion.
THE DEMOCRATS MURDERED SCALIA!
I hate to be repetitive, but as I read the article I just kept repeating my tag line in my head, with an odd smirk on my face. :)
Democrats do not like it when the rules work against them (but are happy to re-write the rules to help them).
Suck it up snowflakes, it is the way our system works.
If Hillary would have won you would not care one bit about what conservatives thought about her nominee, you would be dancing in the streets joyful over our tears.
clearly this is satire! how could it be possible for Trump to steal this appointment from Obama??????????? if Hillary had won, and she appointed a nominee, would they say she stole it from Obama?????!!!!!!!!!
Riight. But it was alright for the Dems to “steal” a choice from Bush.
Trump wasn’t President during the time. The claim is insane. Or at least stupid.
OMG! I love this! More for the libs to cry and moan about. Priceless!
Actually Mitch stole it on his behalf. Thanks Mitch! You’ve played a role in preserving the country for a little while longer
Childish, spoiled Dems.
Libs “stole” America from God.
Time to to move in the RIGHT direction.
If Buffoon Obama had an ounce of class he would have never named a Justice in the middle of a campaign.
RESCUED a seat is more apropos
Trump stole it because he wasn’t president yet. (Liberal logic)
Schumer voted against McConnell’s wife in committee.
LOL
Where is the news clip of Schummer refusing to let Bush appoint someone?
Hussein stole the Souter Seat though they had to make it wider. Move on.
How can it be stolen when Brak never seriously nominated anyone for the position?

ALEXANDRIA, Va. The Judicial Crisis Network (JCN) today announced plans for a national campaign to confirm President Trumps nominee to the Supreme Court. Coming off of its historic Let the People Decide victory in the Garland nomination battle, JCN will engage a comprehensive campaign of paid advertising, earned media, research, grassroots activity, and a coalition enterprise, all adding up to the most robust operation in the history of confirmation battles. JCN and its allies will focus on states where Senate Democrats are vulnerable in 2018, particularly those where Trump won by large margins. JCN spent more than $7 million in its Let the People Decide effort, and it expects to spend at least $10 million to confirm the next justice.
We are preparing to launch the most robust campaign for a Supreme Court nominee in history and we will force vulnerable Senators up for re-election in 2018 like Joe Donnelly and Claire McCaskill to decide between keeping their Senate seats or following Chuck Schumers liberal, obstructionist agenda, said Carrie Severino, Chief Counsel and Policy Director of the Judicial Crisis Network.
Any vulnerable Senator who signs up for Schumers obstructionist strategy will pay a heavy price in 2018. Exit polls showed that over one fifth of voters said the Supreme Court was a primary reason for their vote and of that large percentage of Americans, Trump won those voters by a resounding 57-40 margin. And he won some of those states by overwhelming margins. The President-elect clearly has a mandate when it comes to the Supreme Court and this effort will ensure that the will of the people prevails, Severino continued.
