Kristie Maldonado and her son, Joe -- who gained national attention when he was barred from his local Cub Scouts pack because he is transgender -- plan to file a discrimination complaint against the regional chapter of the Boy Scouts of America. The complaint claims that the Boy Scouts of America's Northern New Jersey Council, which oversees a number of local scouting troops, violated the state "public accommodation" law by kicking the Secaucus boy out of the local Pack 87 in November, a month after he joined. The complaint, which was obtained by The Jersey Journal yesterday, is expected to be filed with the state Department of Law and Public Safety's Civil Rights division early next week.

Anytime you see the words "transgender" or "trans-whatever", simply replace them with the word "fake". Since then, I just read it that way automatically and everything stays ... well, no pun intended ... straight.

How is the Boy Scouts a public accommodation?
The Boy Scouts is a private club. Not a service or a retailer. The Boy Scouts is a club like the Eagles, the American Legion or the Knights of Columbus.
The Boy Scouts are free to accept or reject anyone for membership that they choose.
I didn’t read the article, but this again illustrates how stupid all this is... I still can’t figure out if “Joe” is a boy or a girl.

The Cub Scout in question is a deranged girl who thinks she's a boy ...
So a normal tomboy is exploited and sexualized by her own mother. Can’t just be a tomboy anymore. Sick!

At least the Cub Scouts are showing a modicum of sanity, here. For the moment.

Right now, in many states, if your child says they think they are the opposite sex, state law and various authorities will FORCE you to cater to the delusion instead of treat it to eliminate it.

She does look like a boy...now. Did her mom lighten her hair? It doesn’t look sun-lightened.
