WASHINGTON, D.C. – In response to President Trump’s executive actions on building a border wall, immigration enforcement and restoring the “Secure Communities Program” today, SEIU International President Mary Kay Henry issued the following statement:
“For a president who claims to represent and lead from a posture that is not partisan and of the people, Donald Trump’s executive actions have proven that his agenda is anything but that. It is clear our president is choosing to pander to extremists and act as a puppet for their agenda aimed at dividing and weakening our nation rather than honoring the commitment he made in his oath of office, ‘to preserve, protect, and defend’ American justice, welfare and liberty.

When I walk into the CA DMV Office and I see nearly everyone behind the Counter wearing SEIU T Shirts, we have a problem and a lousy Dress Code to boot.
What - the service industries couldn’t use more American citizens in those jobs?

I have noticed that the Anti-Trump, pro-Obamacare ads running in the Phoenix area are funded by the SEIU. I wonder if all their members are aware of that.

So let me get this straight:
Trump is about to rewrite the order of our economy and push the mass creation of jobs and improvement of income in middle-class America.
This would necessarily cause an explosion in the number of jobs commonly held by SEIU members.
And they are complaining about it?!?
Yes, I know what they stand for I’m just pointing out what they SHOULD by common sense be standing for. Just like the rest of the labor unions figured out yesterday. Yes, they are scum. Yes, we’d be better off without them but more jobs in their industries simply means more members and more power.
The enemy of my enemy and all that. One battle at a time.
But the SEIU is apparently not even willing to have its bread buttered by a different administration when it is handed to them on a silver platter with a note that says “on the house”. They’re all-in for the liberal establishment and the cause and NOT as an employees “union”.
Coming from a Marxist created union (out of the old District 65 of the Communist Party USA and Local 1199 (another CPUSA creation), if I remember correctly (about 1199), this is old leftist garbage.
