A waitress at a Washington D.C. restaurant received a very generous tip and a warm message on her receipt from three men who were in town for President Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Rosalynd Harris, who works at Busboys and Poets in the northwest part of the nation’s capital, told The Washington Post she was beaming with confidence Monday after taking part in the Women’s March over the weekend.

Great story. Bet you don’t read this one on a CNN, MSN, NBC, ABC, Huffy or HLN site. They’d probably label it as “fake news.”

Nice story, however, it confirms that blacks and other minorities have probably been brainwashed by the mainstream media to hate Trump without really understanding his policies and positions.
I have to admit, once I knew she was in that women’s march I would have left 15 percent and that was it. I usually leave 20 percent, but I wouldn’t have that time.

I’m surprised. Hope they can do more real journalism like this.
As a general rule, I’ve noticed that people who take responsibility for themselves and their family, don’t assume anything of others, and believe strongly in the power of the individual - are conservatives.
Because such people know who they are - they are also able to approach the world in clear-headed, and therefore generous way.
I just shared this story with the visiting nurse who is here to attend to a medical need. She said it didn’t mean much because the “rich guy” probably got the money by cheating someone. How do you get through to these people?
Nice story but if they just left a regular tip, we'd have a story about a prejudiced black waitress who thought that the Trump supporters she was serving were bigots without any evidence. That is going on across the nation every day. Once again, this is a nice story, but Trump supporters should not have to leave $450 tips to get liberals to give up their prejudices.
Well, if he did cheat someone, it was surely not some scum bag lefty without a job living off the taxpayers.
