The family can all leave with her. She can take them and her activist self back to where she came from.

exposed by a drunken-driving arrest....
Her American born children are crying. Well then you should have shut the ### up, hoped for the best and not driven drunk.
The kids are 13 and 17. They could come right back in 5 and 1 years, respectively. And Spain’s a lot better than Mexico.

deported to SpainObama's ICE was always willing to go after folks that weren't protected by being either Mexis or Muzzies. Since she wasn't an M or M, she was good to go.

When my British husband and I decided to come back to live in the USA, I had to vouch for him. He had a skill that was needed and I had to apply at the American Embassy in London and VOUCH FOR HIM, THAT HE WOULDN’T BE A BURDEN ON THE COUNTRY. What a breath of fresh air it would be to have immigrants again that would be an asset instead of just draining our wealth. These people knew what was coming. She can apply to come back from her native country. But I suspect she will have some obstacles as she lived here ILLEGALLY for years.

One would think that such an illegal would lay low and behave themselves...
But, NO, this one chose to be a drunk, in-your-face, activist.
Well, bye.

So both parents are here illegally, and both children have citizenship. One would think this loophole will soon be examined.

It’s sad that her children are crying. Mine aren’t because I’m not a criminal. A good parent would have made better choices.
As for taking six months to deport someone with no legal right to be here, that is absurd. I hope they charged her for both court costs and the cost of deportation.

How sad for the kids, who are American citizens, that their parents were so unbelievably selfish as to create this situation. To set the example of complete disrespect for the law. To force the choice of removing them from their country or missing their mother.
