You aren’t kidding it’s cold there! I’ve checked the cam site a couple of times today and it shows the temp. BRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! You poor sister is gonna wonder what she was thinking when she planned this trip. LOL! Glad she made it safely.
No rain today and I didn’t mind. Really don’t enjoy grocery shopping on a wet day, dragging soggy bags into the house. They SAY we’ll have rain tomorrow. We’ll see.

Great scap from Dale Hollow! That was a pretty big stick Dad flew in for the nest.
The eagle in my greeting is a Decorah eagle that was sitting there looking soooooooooo fine when I pulled up the cam this afternoon.
That video is cool alright! I checked the comments to see if anyone else had the same thoughts I did that it could have been one of her other offspring showing back up. They did.
I was surprised Juliet didn’t go after it sooner than she did. She sure wasn’t happy about it being there! LOL

Is it EVER going to dry out up there? Hasn’t looked very nice on the radar today.

The bird that showed up the other day didn’t stick around but a second. It didn’t want to deal with Juliet’s wrath. One reason I figured the young eagle today might be her offspring. It wasn’t afraid of her.

Yo radu, well it
finally got above freezing for the first time in a loooong time but the freezing rain last night (and tonight) make for interesting driving.
Stayed in early but went out for lunch later.
We're going to get a few days of warmer temps before the next cold wave hits.
Howz about you?

It sure wasn't. In fact, seemed right at home and like he'd heard that voice before!
I got this scap at DNN today. I thought she/he had such a sweet expression [for a mighty eagle! 😊]

YAY for finally getting some temps above freezing! But that freezing rain’s gotta go. NASTY stuff.
At least you were able to get out for a bit today.
My outing consisted of going to the vet clinic to pick up the medicine for Darla’s kidney issue, then hit the grocery store. A bit cooler here today than it has been but still not too bad.
