Good evening, Luv, and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
Thank you for the hymns.
She laid it earlier tonight. You can roll back the video to 7:30 and watch. That’s what I did. I’m just hoping for a better shot of the eggs now but she is zonked out big time. Hasn’t budged for about 2 hours.
Nashville news just did a nice piece about the snowfall in the Smokies and how it’s brought a lot of people out for some skiing. They were reporting from Gatlinburg. Nice to see things start to get back to normal for those folks after those horrible fires.
Because you need a ((((((((hug)))))))
Even city dogs have to “go” so she must have at least been in snow sometimes. But maybe, like you said, they didn’t let her play in it.
Or maybe she’s one of those dogs who simply loves snow. LOL
nice secular motivational talk, but truly the only promise that can be infallibly kept is the Lord’s.
Calvin and Hobbes are certainly enjoying he day. Great dance partners.
A Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
You and Charlie have a busy day?
She was a pleasure to watch!
Of course! LOL! I always forget that you can run this one back. Watching now. There ‘s gonna be some bonking going on for sure at this nest, with them being 4 days apart!
I’ll bet she was! They are so funny when they get wound up. Practically turn themselves inside out sometimes. hee!
I’m not too happy about the eggs being so far apart. Doesn’t bode well for the second one as it’ll be so much smaller. Might have another situation like the sea eagles. Hope not!
I wish we could roll back on the Savannah cams. Supposed to be able to do it on the DVR cam but that doesn’t work tonight. Momma was there a little while ago! One scap posted of her but I don’t know how long she was there.
She RAN all the way to my sister’s house, pranced up the stairs, shook herself off, ran back down to the mailboxes (as I trudged along behind her) ran back to my sister’s, pranced around her yard, ran back down the street to me, and then back to my sister’s and up the stairs again. When i finally got there, we went in together, and had dinner with Sis, watched a chick flick, and then headed home again. During the time we were in my sister’s house, the snow plows had come, and totally plowed the snow BACK onto my car and sidewalk undoing all the shoveling I had done earlier. (sigh)
Oh well...there is always tomorrow.
That’s good news from Nashville.
She WAS wound up today, wasn’t she?
At least someone is enjoying all that snow. LOL
Dang! Too bad you have to park where the snowplows can cover your car. That really sucks!!!
I saw the picture of her on FB. I was on there just about at that time and darned if I didn’t miss that, too! LOL! I have all the luck!
I hope it doesn’t end like the Sea Eagles. I can’t take another season like that one! Maybe these parents pay attention to both their babies. We can hope....
Hi, Kathy! (((hugs)))
Hope y’all found the glasses and the red folder so mom can rest easy...and you can, too! :)
They’ve done a pretty nice job of updating things in Gatlinburg. Always nice to hear some good-news stories and things are looking up there. Still tough for the people who lost their homes but overall things are looking up. Just going to take a little time for everything to be back in order.
It was the FB feed on the side of the cam page where I saw the scap. It’s a good sign! But I wish I could have rolled back the video and seen how she behaved while there.
Just have to keep our appendages crossed for luck on the second eaglet. Maybe things will work out well for it. These two seem to be pretty good parents.
I just hope the owls come back. They were so fun to watch. I wish they had more settings...ya can’t even get a better resolution on the picture. I wish the SWFL nest had a DVR feature too. I miss a lot because I can’t watch too long without getting a headache, especially at night!
Thank you....she still can’t find the red folder and is sure the little girl has moved it. After she goes to bed I will scout out the office and see if I can find it. I CAN”T find her glasses. I’ve always found them under the bed, but not this evening. Unfortunately they are the best of the 3 pairs (none really help with her macular degeneration). My sister is coming the 18th and if neither of us can find them, I will go back to WalMart and have them duplicated. There is always the possibility that they ended up falling in a trash can and are really gone. Or in a drawer between folders. Who knows.
How is your MIL doing? Is she off her blood thinners leading up to medical attention?
Well, my car was actually in a driveway beside my house, but there is no real sidewalk or space between the street and my walkway, so the plow just buried the back of my car.
Anyway, i am going to bed now.
Good night all! (((HUGS)))
