Congress certified Donald Trump's presidential victory over the objections of a handful of House Democrats.
All 538 electors met in their respective state capitals in December to cast their votes. The vote count made it official. Vice-president Joe Biden presided over the count in his role as president of the Senate.
Trump finished with 304 electoral votes and Democrat Hillary Clinton got 227. There were seven protest votes for other candidates. It takes 270 Electoral College votes to win the presidency.

It’s not a matter of what would have happened had another Democrat run. I’m speaking to what the leftists BELIEVE would have happened. They know Clinton was an awful candidate, and believe Biden would have been better. I think they are right, and Biden would have stood a better chance of winning.
Amid all the heckling and interruptions from the black bitch Jackson-lee, Biden did a class job. He told one heckler to shut up “it’s over”.

I watched this earlier - Idiot Dem Representatives, objecting, but with no Senator’s signature. Usually, replied to the question regarding said signature with: Not YET.
One of them waved the written objection and asked if there wasn’t some brave Senator who would have the courage to sign it. I guess the Dems who might have considered signing may be up for election in a Red State.

I thought the House members were entitled to raise the objections. When they raise the objection, it is an invitation to the sitting Senators to support the objection.
They did not.
The VP had to slap them down if not supported by a Senator.

When an objection, according to U.S. title code, MUST be in writing, MUST be signed by BOTH a U.S. Representative AND a U.S. Senator, was forwarded to the floor by these jackal Demoncrats, WITHOUT meeting the legal statute, as orally recited by Joe Biden, more than once, yes, it was illegal, and the act was done knowing so, by the perpetrating parties.

The objection, to meet the U.S. Title code statute, had to be in writing, and with both signatures, BEFORE being brought to the floor.
Because they assume that they will always be the ruling majority.
Safe assumption for them, since they can manufacture any votes needed to cover a shortfall. They do it all the time where they already rule.
Note well: If everybody "believes" that 50%+1 can do anything they want without limits (pure democracy), then you don't actually need 50%+1 of the people to vote your way — just make sure that everybody thinks that they did.
