The Democrats, lead by head clown Chuck Schumer, know how bad ObamaCare is and what a mess they are in. Instead of working to fix it, they do the typical political thing and BLAME. The fact is ObamaCare was a lie from the beginning."Keep you doctor, keep your plan!" It is time for Republicans & Democrats to get together and come up with a healthcare plan that really works - much less expensive & FAR BETTER!
I agree that he isolated Chuck Schumer, but I think, by design, Trump has made Schumer the defacto head of the Dem party. he (Trump) has co-opted Obama, Clinton, Pelosi, Sanders, Warren, et al.
Schumer is the one speaking on behalf of the democrat party now in all the press coverage. Schumer’s rhetoric about about delaying and opposing cabinet and scotus appointments is being reported. Schumer’s comments about regretting the rules changes implemented by Reid are being reported.
I think this, to some degree, is orchestrated.
It’s also probable that Trump donated big time to Schumer over the years - as any savvy business man would, and that they are very well known to each other.

For eight solid years I seethed with fury whenever Dubya refused to defend himself against the attacks from Hollywood, the Media, Academia, the Left, and people even within his own party. By not defending himself, he was actually not defending his supporters. It was very infuriating, and it created a atmosphere of dejection that paved the way for the vacuous “HOPE AND CHANGE” meme.

Chuck-U Schumer (and fellow dems) deserves all the ridicule he gets.
Imagine an internet in the days of Lincoln. His foes called him a baboon and an ape. Jefferson was called a “n****r lover”. Andrew Jackson was called an uncouth barbarian. Teddy Roosevelt had pet names for all his enemies and none were too nice. Every other word out of LBJ’s mouth was a cuss word. He regularly used the N word. Same with Bill Clinton. Let’s not forget that he said Obama was a joke and should be carrying his suitcases. But he’s a democrat so he got a pass. Trump was elected because he’s one of us, a very rich one of us, but still one of us. Read his books and the way he grew up. He would rather talk to a brick mason, cabby, or electrician than a bank president. He’s a man of the people. His old man raised him right.

You also confuse that a name that can be educated about is the same as a common phrase that is already known. Many cannot or will not avail themselves of the material proffered to elucidate, and therefore the subtle and clever insult becomes a nothing comment.
You and I may enjoy the subtlety, but the masses will simply ignore it - and if we only preach to the choir, we cannot convert any democrat “sinners”.

Trump will always compliment you first. As he did with Schumer. What you do with that compliment is entirely up to you. Chuckie the Clown assumed Trump was showing a sign of weakness when Trump said, he could work better with Schumer than the GOPe. Chuckie the Clown will be surprised at where the road he chose leads.
And I cannot remember the House minority leader ever accusing a President elect of making the country sick.
