Donald Trump Casts Doubt on Intelligence Community Over 'So-Called' Russian Hacking
ABC News ^ | Jan. 3, 2017 | David Caplan

Donald Trump continues to remain indignant about claims that Russia is responsible for cyberassaults on the US, taking to Twitter Tuesday night to reiterate his skepticism.

In a single tweet, Trump questioned the prevailing notion that Russia has been hacking US entities -- despite 17 U.S. intelligence agencies concluding that top Russian officials helped orchestrate cyberattacks against the Democratic National Committee and members of Hillary Clinton's campaign -- and he also seemed to question the validity of such agencies overall.

The president-elect tweeted, "The 'Intelligence' briefing on so-called 'Russian hacking' was delayed until Friday, perhaps more time needed to build a case. Very strange!"

I also think this is being done to justify vicious crackdowns on speech in the EU ahead of elections this year.

I’m guessing the CIA is made up of ivy league frat boys who are to a person ‘liberal elite’. Same with the State Department. The reason? The world’s in horrible shape. The United States has lost the respect and trust of our friends and our enemies are grown in anger.

That means the people at the top are twits.

didn’t 60 million vote for Clinton. That’s a pretty big jail. Just fence in NY and Cal and you got something.

There was enough cheating on their side that I’m confident we won decisively. Nobody is going to care about this when President Trump starts dropping political bombs on Jan 21. They’ll be too busy ducking and covering.

I think Trump is going to need a special whistleblower czar for when the bureaucracy revolts and starts eating their own.

Thousands from the military brass?

That seems high.

I would guess this time around, it should be higher than usual.

I suspect a good clean slate would be in order considering the nation’s attorneys general.

I may have the title incorrect, but I’m thinking of the justice department positions Clinton fired at the beginning of his first term.

We need some qualified motivated people.

I wonder if the Clinton’s had this in mind when they decided to show up at the inauguration.

You lose all rights to complain about foreign states hacking your account when your password is “password.”

Some VERY interesting details in this article:

Evidence for Russian Involvement In DNC Hack Is Nonexistent
http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2017/01/evidence-for-russian-involvement-in-dnc-hack-is-nonexistent.php

Trump is going to be proved ‘right’ again .... the report issued to ‘prove’ Russian involvement is hogwash. The “intelligence agencies” (CIA in particular) needs a good housecleaning as does the FBI which has hopped on board the ‘Russians did it’ train. Hilly started the “17 intelligence agencies” meme & the presstitutes are repeating it. Assange has asserted all along it was NOT the Russians who were the source of his email releases AND the Russians did NOT hack the ELECTION. I personally agree with Assange that all of this hoopla is Obama’s attempt to delegitimize Trump’s election. Trump is calling them on it ..... as he should and the intelligence ‘Augean stables’ will be mucked.

despite 17 U.S. intelligence agencies concluding that top Russian officials helped orchestrate cyberattacks against the Democratic National Committee and members of Hillary Clinton's campaign

The MSM keeps on pushing this lie. There were never 17 intelligence agencies concluding that top Russian officials helped orchestrate cyberattacks against the Democratic National Committee. Only 2 agencies officially ( Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ) made a comment on it, and that is not what they said. What they said was that the hacks are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts. That is NOT the same as saying that Russia is responsible for the hacks. It is the hackers just use the same methods as Russian-directed efforts ( or more accurately - the Russian - directed efforts are using the methods the majority of hackers use worldwide ).

No, Hillary, 17 U.S. Intelligence Agencies Did Not Say Russia Hacked Dem E-mails

David, you ignorant leftist Fake News slut. Why just lie there taking the unsubstantiated drivel instead of investigating the facts?

“I watched the Hannity interview with Assange from wikileaks. It was clear, to the point, believable, and I think historic. I didn’t realize it is Obama not closing his investigation after the swedes dropped it, that is keeping this guy in the Ecuadorian embassy while his wife and two kids have no father present in their lives. My hatred for Obama is visceral.”

One of President Trump’s first orders of business should be to bring Assange here, and give him a parade. He deserves it, and the Left would be jumping out of windows.

“I’d like to see him clean house on all the Leftists in the diplomatic corp too.”

That’s imperative DO. The State Department has been full of Leftists at the working level since WWII or earlier. Thats’ why our foreign policy never really changes when we get a Republican President. Even if we have to pay them an “early retirement,” it will be money well spent to get them all out.

It is a myth that DCIA is moslem. The “evidence” is about as substantial as those claiming Russian hacking.

Actually, what he said tonight wasn’t exactly clear - from another interview on RT, Assange indicated that the case that Obama has is related to other leaks IIRC - I think that was the tape that showed the reporters that were killed in addition to the terrorists. The source, I think has already been convicted and is in jail.

Obama is likely the reason that the Swedes filed for extradition based on a case that was originally dismissed. The swedes kept insisting that Assange had to come back to be interviewed. Likely so that US could then extradite him. Finally, they did come to the embassy to interview him.

That was likely because under their laws they have to interview the suspect within a certain time frame or else dismiss the case. The time limit was within a day or two of expiring, so they had to interview him to keep the case open. His lawyer was not allowed to attend the interview according to the news sources I read.
