Good old Teddy Boy is going to do everything in his power to preempt Trump.

I’m sure Trump knew this was going to be introduced. Let’s wait for a tweet before jumping on this.

Did you expect Trump to do this by an E.O. ?

Do you actually think Cruz did this solely to preempt Trump ?

If Ted Cruz cured all forms of cancer by crushing up cockroaches, you’d be on PETA’s side protesting for the poor dead bugs.

Did you read the article and especially the last paragraph, which says:

President-elect Donald Trump has stated that he thinks the embassy should be in Jerusalem.

Israeli Ambassador Praises Trump's Plan to Move Embassy

Source

Leah Barkoukis posted: Dec 21, 2016 2:00 PM

Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Ron Dermer endorsed President-elect Trump’s proposal to move the U.S. embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

"The reasons why the United States should move the embassy I think are pretty clear," Dermer told the crowd gathered at the embassy during a Hanukkah party Tuesday evening. "The first thing, it would send a strong message against the delegitimization of Israel and of Jerusalem. ... The second reason why I think the embassy should be moved to our capital is that it would be a great step forward to peace. That's right. A great step forward to peace."

Trump’s pick for U.S. ambassador to Israel also praised the president-elect’s plan to move the embassy, saying it will “strengthen the unbreakable bond between our two countries and advance the cause of peace within the region.”

“[I] look forward to doing this from the U.S. embassy in Israel's eternal capital, Jerusalem," he added.

Dermer said the move should’ve happened a long time ago.

But Palestinian officials are warning

Trump has already signaled his intentions.

Cruz says he wants to "work with the Trump administration to make this happen".

The House and Senate aren’t supposed to wait for the presidential inauguration day to get to work. Trump can’t sign bills into law without the bills ready to be signed on his desk. Anything to do with reversing Obama’s rejection of Israel’s right to exist within its own borders needs to be taken care of pronto. Obama can defy God at his own peril; the United States of America doesn’t need to be included in God’s judgment on this particular point.

If you’re expecting the legislative branch to only follow orders from this or any other president, then we don’t have a republic, we have a monarchy.

WTF is your problem?

Senators can introduce legislation. Presidents-elect cannot. It is well known that Trump favors moving the embassy. Teddy Boy and co-sponsors are making it happen. What's to bellyache about?

No, this is good. This shows unity. Best that we have a master mind principle going on, where more and more people get on board the Trump Train. I’d love to see more of this esp when it comes to the wall, and immigration.

No, I think this is great!!!!

Cruz will prove to be one of Trump’s best allies in the Senate. Believe me, I was glad he lost the primary.

Not sure it can be categorized as preempting Trump - not saying anything Trump hasn’t already said and such moves actually help trump’s agenda. I’m still pissed at Cruz but he may still be useful.
