Democratic senators plan to aggressively target eight of Donald Trump's Cabinet nominees in the coming weeks and are pushing to stretch their confirmation votes into March Do they even have the power to do this ? Turtle neck is the one who controls when a vote comes to the floor and the committee chairmen determine how long the hearings will be. If the democrats don't like it, they can boycott the hearings.
