My brother’s wife and family are from East Indian heritage. Many of the men wear make-up for social occasions, especially weddings and various festivals. On camera, the Indian people look like they have raccoon eyes, if they don’t wear the make-up. Most of them have an ashy skin color around their eyes. They usually wear concealer and foundation.
They used to call it a Freak Show.
