In a bombshell move, Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Friday commuted the 75-year-to-life sentence of Judith Clark, the former Weather Underground radical who was convicted for her role in the infamous 1981 Brinks robbery in which two Nyack police officers and an armored truck driver were killed.

At least this one renounced her radical “progressive” past and claimed contrition.
Many do not.

I have a theory that Obama was involved in this crime as well. He was in the area at school. He knew Ayers. He was of the right political persuasion. His records of what he did at school are sealed. And there were several that escaped. This is payback for keeping her mouth shut for the last decade and you can bet there are financial rewards for her as well.

She will probably get a job at Columbia University like Kathy Boudin did. Cuomo is a vile POS just like his father.

She didn’t even do half of the 75-year minimum.

I would not be surprised one iota.

If justice would be served to these scum, the descendants of those killed by them would ensure they each get one to the back of the head.

I read some details of this case, and she sounds like she wasn’t very bright. She had no lawyer in the original trial, which probably explains why she got the longest sentence.

One great service Trump can do for the nation would be to get into those sealed records. All the coconspirators of the crimes that POS was involved in including false citizenship claims, probably dope dealing and perhaps involvement in trying to overthrow the government will come to fore.
While most of the crimes are limited by the statute of limitations, Treason and murder are not.

Who are we kidding. Obama ordered this.

I have a theory about many of these cases where criminals with long sentences are seemingly being released in large numbers. I suspect the prison officials in many states are trying to get these people out of the system in their 60s because they don’t want to pay the medical expenses that routinely come up late in life.

Obama is like a ghost in the evening mist.
So many details of his life are sealed and/or cloaked in shrouded mystery.
If I ran for office...there would be THOUSANDS of family, friends, former classmates, teammates, coworkers, and others who could speak of their experiences with me and simultaneously confirm my whereabouts. Not to mention the countless photographs that illustrate a clear timeline of my life.
President 0bama essentially materialized from nowhere in 2007. No college pals who remembered him, few old photos, shady birth records, and nothing else that illustrates a normal upbringing in typical American society. History might one day prove he was bad news for the United States going back long before his shameful presidency.
