Not a surprise. Reports were she wasn't breathing for 10 minutes.

Saw the new flick on Christmas day. Choked up a little when the CGI Leia came on the screen, knowing that Fischer was at that moment in extremis

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either satire or opinion. Or both.)

That’s a real shame. I always liked her and she could certainly fill out a slave-girl costume. Rest in Peace, Carrie.

RIP, Carrie. So smart, so talented. I’m sorry you were plagued with bipolar and the typical self medication that often goes hand in hand with it.
I guess “stable” can be a euphemism for life support. She probably
has been gone since the flight. Maybe they were gathering all loved ones around her.

In Real Life she was a sweetheart and very nice to most, her Mom used to call my Dad all the time. I have been to her house hundreds of times, hell I remember when She bought it from another friend Mrs Frankenheimer.
She lives at 1700 Coldwater Canyon, Beverly Hills.
ps Forest Gump bought Mrs Frankenheimers home in Malibu Colony.

That's what I suspected all along.

Wow. I do remember reading that she was bi-polar. I have a loved one who is. Challenging. God bless and keep her and may she rest in peace.

2016 has not been a good year for celebrities yet Keith Richards goes on.

Not surprised either. Since she went into cardiac arrest, it would have been a miracle at all that she would have survived long term without major orgin damage.
RIP Princess Leila.
