BEACHWOOD, Ohio - The Beachwood mall is on lockdown as police respond to an incident.

Authorities would not elaborate on what happened, only saying the mall was on lockdown.

A Nordstrom employee told News 5 the mall was placed on lockdown around 6:45 p.m.

Videos posted to social media show people running through the mall.

This is a developing story. News 5 will update as more information becomes available.

Well, at least it’s not the Mecca people but the Ferguson people. The former use IEDs and AK-47s. This way it’s likely the local mall cops and police can handle them. Once they steal a couple boxes of shoes and trash the food court they will be outta there and on the free bus ride back down town.

Mall shopping has outlived its usefulness and is on the decline. I detest going to the mall, and buy most of what I need online, even clothes. Malls are pretty much thug hangout joints now and mall management has trouble keeping stores open.

Trump will be a different kind of president. One we may not have seen before.

“ENOUGH” may be his trademark word.

NYC could never be saved. But Rudy BADLY damaged the mafia, the gangs, the violence, and the prostitutes and the drug dealing were at least driven in doors.

What could Trump accomplish with many, many more times the power that Rudy had?

This year I did about 80% of my Christmas shopping online. The rest was at individual stores for gift cards/certificates. Never visited a mall. The closest I came was a strip mall.

The shopping mall has had its day. In its prime it was great, but now it is something to avoid.

“If you can’t get out, head to the book store!”

I’m sorry, but I laughed out load at that one. I hope everybody is ok there!

Yes, the vast majority of my Christmas shopping the past few years has been online or gift cards. I avoid malls like the plague. Used to enjoy going, but no more.

I wonder if these incidents are connected in anyway?

Uh, yeah? Spoiled, whining, demanding entitlement animals emboldened by a racist president's hatred of all things not black.

Updated article as of now, when I checked:

“Similar incidents were reported at malls across the country Monday evening. A mall in Tempe, Ariz. was placed on lockdown around the same time. Police determined no shots were fired after witnesses said they heard a loud noise during an altercation there. In Aurora, Colo. police evacuated a mall due to a large disturbance. The Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, N.C. was also evacuated after a fight broke out.”
