Following a wave of hate crime hoaxes generally reported to make President-Elect Donald Trump supporters look deplorable, ABC News is now highlighting the hardships of the fake claims on Muslims.

Seriously?
Basically it’s all our fault.
In other words, the attack was FAKE but the accusation that we are haters is ACCURATE.
It shows you how low the “media” has sunk.
Fellow Cold War Submariner here and I can’t figure that one out either.
They do hoaxes to discredit us and then when it falls apart, we need to care that it discredits them.
Screw them!
Muslims commit an act of terroristm---> MSM worries about backlash against Muslims.
Americans vote to get tough on terrorism ---> MSM worries about the effect on Muslims.
Muslims start creating fake hate crimes--->MSM worries about backlash against Muslims.
Do they ever worry about the rest of us? I mean, even being gay anymore is no shield. Orlando terrorists kill 50 at gay nightclub --->MSM worries about backlash on Muslims.
If a Muslim killed Obama, would that be enough to end the romance?
Their intolerance and anti Semitic anti Western anti woman violent culture wasn’t enough to discredit them but it took faking hate crimes to REALLY discredit them /s
If they are so worried they should investigate “hate crimes” more thoroughly before blaming conservatives and publishing them as fact.
Any hoax should discredit the perpetrator. If one group tends to be prone to hoaxes, that group should police itself and then come to me for forgiveness.
“If a Muslim killed Obama, would that be enough to end the romance? “
That is a thought provoking question. Somewhere there must be a chart explaining the order of caring. I would guess that the media would claim a Muslim killing Obama was not a real Muslim and that it was personal, probably the killer voted for Trump, and has nothing to do with religion. The killer’s name, religion, past and immigration status would never be mentioned. He was a delusional, alt-right (I have no idea what that means) and he contributed $1,000 to Trump’s election campaign. (Sound about right?)
....Katie CoCouc, or Brian Williams, or Dan Rather behind these stories? A likely continuing pattern.
I think you summed it up nicely.
The lies made up and reported as fact not only discredit ABC but the entire media, which is grasping for survival in the shadow of the Internet.
There is just no getting along with the looney left.
...Katie CoCouc,...
Katie Couric too.
They should be worried about their own credibility. They all should . . .
Good to see your moniker.
Of course, you are spot on as usual.

Some fake news is okay, some fake news not so much. It’s situational, like everything liberals believe.
In order for a muslim to be discredited, a muslim must first have credit.
ABC should be concerned about accurately reporting the news and not about how the news affects their agenda.
It’s very compassionate that ABC is no longer concerned with “fake news”.
No News Monday .....Presstitutes without supervision during the holidays per se.
