Soon after his inauguration next month, President-elect Donald Trump will nominate someone to the Supreme Court, which has been hamstrung by a vacancy since the death of Justice Antonin Scalia in February. There will be public debates about the nominee’s credentials, past record, judicial philosophy and temperament. There will be Senate hearings and a vote.
No matter how it plays out, Americans must remember one thing above all: The person who gets confirmed will sit in a stolen seat.
It was stolen from Barack Obama, a twice-elected president who fulfilled his constitutional duty more than nine months ago by nominating Merrick Garland, a highly qualified and widely respected federal appellate judge.

Maybe I overlooked this during the presidential campaign, but I don’t ever remember the Clinton campaign ever making a big deal about this stalled Supreme Court nomination — or about Supreme Court nominations in general. Trump sure did, but I don’t recall Clinton doing the same thing.
She didn't. All she ran on was she had a vagina, and Trump would grab it. That, and she didn't want to scare off Rino's from voting for her.

In a bass-ackwards way the democrats and other libtards did America a great service by electing Obama instead of a slightly less radical president.
It has been a painful time for true patriots but in the end , Barack Obama, their chosen Prophet proved to be their undoing.
Like the frog in the pot of water slowly heating to the boiling point, Americans have put up with a series of administrations that have been destroying the nation a little at a time.
That would have continued under a less radical (or less impatient) democrat or another RINO.
But Obama stoked the fires and tried to throw the entire country into already boiling water RIGHT NOW!
And that woke up enough people to change the course of history.

Retaken is the key word. The seat was held by a conservative and it will be held by a conservative again (we hope).
Not to mention "stupid". The implications of Hillary's PC but most incompetently run campaign (since Mitt Romney's) are slowly sinking in.
