I can’t tell how many people I had to explain to, that Trump was going to put a crater in the upper midwest/rust belt “firewall” too....
It was obvious, Hillary had no shot at holding this section of the country... While she did do better than I generally expected here, she still lost every single state here I figured she would.. .reality is, she only had to lose 1 and the election was over... reality was, she indeed lost every single one.. and NEARLY lost MN as well!!!!
Her problems here were evident from the get go, but her people never went outside the urban centers, so they just assumed we’ve got them locked down, we should be good... they never saw the tidal wave growing in the rest of the state against them.
To put it in perspective.. in 2008... Obama got 300k more votes than Kerry .. he basically found 300k more voters to show up who never did before in PA... by 2012 most of them evaporated, and he was back down to basically the same level of votes as Kerry in 04. The Republican vote stayed pretty static at around ~2.7M ish. through 04, 08 and 12...
16 Trump asbolutey CRUSHED it, he garnered nearly 300k more votes than any republican ever had in PA.. He literally found 300k more votes and got them to show up for him... He pretty much pulled an OBAMA 08, but did it without the press running cover for him, and without the party machine, and without a single positive story ever being reported for him... What he did, is unprecidented... and he did it in state after state.. not just in PA... but did it again and gain and again!
The fact the MSM/POLLS/ELITES missed this, shows you how out of touch they are... Trump crushed it by over 3 Million votes sans NY and CALI and they all didn’t see it coming! Which is insane on its face.

Did they not think working people would react to killing the pipeline, destroying the coal industry, shutting down drilling offshore, killing small business with Obamacare expenses, the EPA’s upcoming hydrocarbon reg job killers and the other attacks on the economy?

“As I watched the Rally”— This is key to why Trump’s victory was such a “surprise”. MOST elites and Democrats did NOT watch the rallys, and ignorantly commented on the election without that central piece of the puzzle. In fact, they suppressed the rallys every chance they got. And then it’s like...wow, what a surprise, Trump won. We didn’t know.

Most people never saw the size of the crowds. I went to the Thank You rally in Hershey with about 12,000 enthusiastic Trump supporters. The only empty seats were behind a giant flag put up behind a special entrance to a runway and about half of the privately owned club seats. On TV later I saw a picture of the rally taken from somewhere to the side of those empty seats behind the giant flag. The picture had Trump's head and about 100 of the only 200 empty seats in the arena.
Trump said at all his rallies that the dishonest media would not turn the cameras to show the crowds. He was right. But they did manage to send someone far from the media section to get that very distorted photo. I despise the lying MSM.
Everything I ever needed to learn about Uncle Joe was learned in the first days of the Clarence Thomas hearings.

In the closing weeks of the campaign, Donald Trump was holding multiple rallies on a daily basis. Hillary, on the other hand, would hold a campaign event, then take a few days off, hold another event, take a few days off, and so on. Hillary was drawing dozens to her events, while Trump was drawing thousands.
In other words, this was a “big f’n deal”!
Positioning himself for a potential 2020 run.
Not sure he will be healthy enough, and I personally can’t stand him, but he connects pretty well with blue collar voters.
The Dems could do worse.

That’s why I think the election was no where near as close as the final tally shows.
I think Trump trounced her nearly 2 to 1, but they did as much vote fraud as they possibly could- and he still overcame it
Biden probably was the unbeatable D candidate this year. Good thing he didn’t run.
MSM media snookered the Dems by not showing rallies or keeping the camera in close. Stupid Dems only looked at MSM for info. too bad for them.
