To official Russian ears, the remarks sounded like a threat – even incitement of terrorism, in keeping with the Kremlin’s narrative that the U.S.’s support for some anti-Assad rebels in Syria amounts to collusion with terrorists.
“We cannot interpret this as anything else apart from the current U.S. administration’s de facto support for terrorism,” Russian news agencies quoted Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov as saying.
“These poorly-veiled invitations to use terrorism as a weapon against Russia shows the political depths the current U.S. administration has stooped to in its approach to the Middle East and Syria,” he added.
The allegation also came from Kirby’s counterpart at the Russian foreign ministry, Maria Zakharova, who told a weekly briefing the comments could not be seen as anything other than “a call to action” to the terrorists.

Russia will continue to send troops home in body bags, and will continue to lose resources, perhaps even aircraft,” Kirby told reporters at Wednesday’s press briefing, adding that if the war in Syria continues “more Russian lives will be lost, more Russian aircraft will be shot down.”
While the comments will obviously be presented by the media as Kirby claiming that these will be the consequences of Moscow’s involvement in Syria, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova took the remarks as a thinly veiled threat.

Here's a link to a video of The Ambassador being removed from the ambulance. His stomach and chest are bare. There does not appear to be any trauma to his stomach and chest.
Now that the precedent has been set to make baseless accusations against other countries, Russia will tie this to us, one way or another.

The Election was not hacked - the e-mails of the corrupt Hillary cronies were - and those e-mails showed that they stole the Democrat primary from Senator Sanders, were in bed with the media to rig reporting, rigged debate questions, took illegal money, and so much more.
Not to even mention the pedophile and human trafficking Pizza Gate scandal, which the media will not touch with a 10 foot pole and invented the entire "Fake News" narrative propaganda in an attempt to quash the truth.
If Reagan, Bush, or Nixon had acted with .0001% of the irresponsibility and corruption of Barry Soetoro, the media would have crucified them.
