For 7.5 years, the 0bama administration did NOTHING to stop Russia, like cowards. Now, in the last couple of months, they seem hellbent on picking a fight with Putin, knowing they will not be in the white house to deal with it. It is like kicking a bully in the ass, then running out of the room before the bully has time to realize who kicked him.
