At 210 years-old, USS Constitution is the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world, manned by 67 active-duty United States Sailors and visited by nearly half a million visitors annually. We’re in the second week of our cold snap. Highs in the mid 20s and lows in the mid teens. It won’t warm up until Sunday, and then it will warm up just enough to snow. But we’re headed for a return to our normal rain by Tuesday.

VIRGINIA BRUCE: “I’VE GOT YOU UNDER MY SKIN”

Tonight is dedicated to one of Cole’s best known songs, a standard of the Great American Songbook, and one that immediately is identifiable as a Cole Porter tune. It was nominated for an Oscar in 1936. In the movie it’s Virginia Bruce who was the first to sing it. The way she handles the middle eight bars will give you chills.
